With cisco dialplan you can use the following syntax to prefix a phone number like <:125>
When sipxcom save the dial plan in the xml file for provisioning, < and > are not replaced with < and >
If you encounter a corrupted file message on the phone, replace < with &tl; and > with > in the dial plan.
