Teams use Vibe Meeting Rooms as their virtual open office. Hang out in the room all day or when you aren't in other meetings. Come and go from the space just as you would throughout the day. Leave your camera on or off, whatever you're comfortable with. With your camera on and mic muted, your teammates can just look and see if you're in or on the phone which really isn't much different from a real office (except that nobody can hear your music or other conversations). Turn your microphone on and speak up and then the whole team can hear you and chime in as needed.
